334b6a6e6b linux: add Rockchip kernel and patches for Linux 6.16.y and 6.17.y 
Patches for RK356X, RK3576 and RK3588 are placed in a 'rockchip'
folder under the Linux package dir. Boards use a common aarch64
arch defconfig.

Patches for RK3288, RK3328 and RK3399 are moved to a 'rockchip-old'
folder under the Linux package dir. Boards continue to use device
level 6.16.y defconfigs to ensure all drivers are present, except
for RK3288 which has been moved to the project level folder to be
the common arm arch defconfig.

2a142e05c1 linux: drop ancient patches that never went upstream 
The Ouya and PS3 remote patches were added over 10 years ago
with the promise to get them upstream but that never happened.

Drop them as they are constantly breaking on major kernel updates.

If the functionality may still be wanted see this as a wakeup call
to send the patches upstream and add backport patches once they
are accepted or add other ways to eg set remote repeat.

c6a34257c6 linux (RPi): drop ancient relict x86 patches 
imon was a PC thing aeons ago and the suspend-resume patch smells like
an ugoy workaround for a 10+ years old PC-only issue which was likely resolved
since and has no relevance to RPi

323b51b2e6 linux: update patches to fix audio passthrough issues 
The ELD constraint patch is updated to a more correct version which
now properly sets the constraints based on rate families.

The added hdmi-codec patch fixes audio infoframe values for passthrough
(channel info needs to be set to "refer to stream header") as some
TVs (eg Sony) tripped over that and refused to play TrueHD otherwise.
