Matthias Reichl 215c68fb7a linux (RPi4, RPi5): disable downstream DWCOTG driver ...

Sync with RPi kernel config, DWCOTG isn't supported on 64bit kernels.
Enable the upstream DWC2 driver on RPi4 instead (RPi5 already has it
enabled).
