4c871eac9f kodi: drmprime-filter: Update deinterlace filter patch 
Upstream added ``#include "utils/StringUtils.h"`` since Omega in commit:
8939580d9d50 ("DVDVideoCodecDRMPRIME: Support YUV422 and YUV444 formats")

So drop the hunk which adds it a second time.
